(1) According to Section 5 of the Act, the distributor shall create a code of conduct to be followed by the distributor organization and the employees related to that organization and submit it to the Government of Nepal.
(2) The code of conduct submitted by the distributor will be enforced after it is approved by the Government of Nepal.
